Warehouse Shift Leader

  1. Position: Warehouse Shift Leader
  2. Report to: Production Material Control (PMC) Manager
  3. Working time: Monday – Saturday
  4. Location : DEEP C 2B Industrial Zone, Dinh Vu, Hai Phong
  5. Job Overview:

Responsibility and improvement activities for materials and finished product warehouses. Responsible for the administration and supervision of the materials management, warehouse functions including the receipt, handling, kitting, supplying materials to production on time and warranty match actual with AX, FIFO, 5S.

  1. Responsibility:
  • Full responsibility for all activities of warehouse.
  • Create the safe working environment for everyone in warehouse, include the discipline and audit.
  • Plan and optimize the resources (worker, forklift, etc.) for daily works: count, data input in AX, arrange into rack, kitting material.
  • Fully & precisely operate the AX system for raw material and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with purchasing team on receiving raw material and shipping finish good.
  • Coordinate with production planner on supplying material to production line in time.
  • Coordinate with purchasing team on returning the exceeded quantity or receiving the compensated quantity if batches are shortage.
  • Coordinate with QC team & Purchasing team to manage the defect materials.
  • Monitor to warranty material in actual with AX system are same.
  • Do cycle count and make monthly inventory report.
  • Leading Lean, 5S and continuous improvement activities of warehouse team.
  1. Requirement:
  • University graduation
  • 4-5+years experience in warehouse management at manufacturing companies, preferably in mechanical industry.
  • ERP experience, preferable in Windows dynamic AX system.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP)
  • Strong discipline in safety and discipline.
  • Strong analytical ability to independently comprehend inventory levels as affected by various inputs and controls.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Assertive, effective expediting skills.
  • Self-disciplined, independent working capability.
